50% deposit due at time of booking.
Accommodation cannot be held for you until this deposit has been paid. Remaining balance due on arrival.

Full balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Prior to 31 days before day or arrival – no charge. 30-8 days prior to arrival – 50% fee
Within 7 days of arrival – 100% fee.
Dining in the Gallery Restaurant & Bar
Enjoy our upstairs bistro area with stunning mountains views across the Columbia Valley. Relax in the sunny bistro and patio overlooking the lawn and gardens, and in Summer, share dinner with our resident humming birds! Or in Winter, cozy up in front of the open fireplace in the downstairs bar. (Both the main floor bistro area, and the downstairs bar each seat approx. 60 guests. Our patio is open Summer months only).
We offer a number of options for your group of 15 people or more:

The Gallery Restaurant and Bar is usually closed for lunch. We are happy to cater for your group. A $250 fee will be incurred to open the restaurant at lunchtime. Options include - Soup and Sandwich buffet / Light buffet / Packed lunch to take with you ($250 fee does not apply).
May to Sept - Complimentary light continental buffet with hot waffles.
Dec to April - Hot breakfast buffet (fees may apply).
Shoulder seasons - Light Breakfast (fees may apply).
Tea, coffee, juice, water, light snacks for meeting or conference Welcome reception with drinks and appetizers
Alcohol and Drinks
Order and pay as you go the day / Set bar tab / Purchase wine for the table.
Glacier House Resort is governed by British Columbia Liquor Laws, and will adhere to applicable laws and regulations as they pertain to the service of alcohol. Our bar service ends at 11pm unless prior arrangement has been made. Glacier House Resort reserves the right to regulate and inspect all private functions and receptions. Outside alcohol is not permitted within our venue or any public areas of the resort under any circumstances. If outside alcohol is found, it will be confiscated and if necessary, guests will be removed from the venue, or authorities notified. Only liquor purchased through Glacier House Resort may be consumed at the bar, or special dinner.

Terms and Conditions
Final numbers and rooming lists are required 30 days prior to arrival.
Additional guests over regular occupancy are $20 per person per night.
A credit card is required from individuals, or from the group leader / organizer to hold against incidentals.
Our usual pet policy applies. Pet friendly rooms are limited and must be requested at time of booking.
Pets must remain on leash at all time while on the property.
Check in time is from 4pm. Check out time is by 11am. Fees apply for early check in / late check out
unless prior arrangements have been agreed.
Our lobby, bar and bistro close by 11pm.
