Our 20 acre grounds are ideal for small or large Family Reunions or weddings. Glacier House Resort is the ideal facility for your group meeting. Whether it is your staff, most valued clients or customers, the resort offers spacious meeting rooms, a sensational outdoor setting and spacious fire-place rooms and cabins that take your breath away. Catering services from 6 to 100 guests are offered in the dining room with view of the Begbie Glacier, sports bar or even outside on the lawn.
The broad spectrum of outdoor sports make Glacier House the ideal place for a company retreat or meeting. Golf, ATV tours, canoeing, hiking and helicopter hiking, snowmobiling, snow shoeing, snow rafting, special games and events are done right from our site. Guides Room
The Frisby Room is available for meetings with up to 35 people in various settings. It can be rented on a day or multi-day basis. half day ($45) or full day basis ($75).
Glacier Station Pub
Located at the lower level of the lodge, Glacier Station Pub offers great atmosphere for your private function. A large open fire-place, pool table, foosball and game machines, stage and large log bar, offer all the ingredients for a fun evening. The pub will cater to an 80 people sit-down dinner as easily as to a 90 person party night with live music. (Rates per event)
Sportshop
Our log-cabin sportshop is located across the Parking lot and is ideal for multi-day product testing (e.g. snowmobiles) and display. The 24x36 foot building incorporates a workbench, washroom, ample lighting and seating. 2 Double-wide doors allow large equipment to be in moved in and out with ease. An adjoining canopy of 24x36 foot dimension provides additional shelter for outdoor functions. (Rates on request)
Log Gazebo
Located behind the main lodge and surrounded by gardens the Gazebo is a great place for special functions like outdoor BBQ’s, breakfasts or a leisure evening with campfire singing.
Wedding and event Tents We would be happy to quote you a event tent for dinner or your special function. With magnificent views of the gardens and the Begbie Glacier, an outdoor event tent is an ideal solution for large outdoor events for up to 200 people.

Site of the 2001 BC ATV Jamboree, 2004 Kawasaki ATV dealer intro and the annual Skidoo VIC Ride, we offer lots of camping, parking, food catering services and superb accommodations for your folks. Qualified guides are on hand to take care of your groups and many companies are taking the opportunity to meet at Glacier House and combine meetings with active days snowmobiling, canoeing or ATV-ing.
